What a guy! What a great guy! What a guy! What a great guy! Thanks for the songs, the inspiration, the humor and the clear delight you carry in having fun while doing good. Great show!
Inspirational, beautiful,Inspirational, beautiful, brilliant, God-filled! Perhaps this is a biased evaluation as I treasure Warren as a personal friend. While listening meditatively to his words and his music, I couldn't help reliving many of the memories I have shared with the Memories, especially Warren, with whom I have spent many unforgettable hours over the years. His person and his music have always been an inspiration to me--whether we were discussing the place of God in our lives or watching the Gandhi video together, or just enjoying the range of his tenor as he and his friends shared themselves with us decades ago in Aberdeen, South Dakota, my hometown. I miss him and will never forget how willing he was to share his gift of music, his time and energy, and the love of God with this elderly Benedictine nun. Everyone whose life he has touched has profited by the experience. Thank you for having him on your radio show and giving us the opportunity of sharing it on the internet. I loved it all! May God reward him and you.
WOW!WOW! Mark, thank you for sharing your gifts through this radio program...VERY WELL DONE!!! I appreciate all you do to promote wellness and love! If you have any more ideas on how we best promote her time here, thanks for letting me know. Are you attending Gina's concert on Tuesday the 16th? Best of bests to you! Jody
It is always a pleasure toIt is always a pleasure to hear Tom and his music! It makes me want to sing, dance, laugh, and to stand up and take more actions on Peace,Social Justice and Environmental issues! We have known each other through protesting the Bangor nuclear submarine base, Fellowship of Reconciliation (MLK,jr joined this pacifist organ. 12/06/58, 2 days after I was born), Seattle Folklife Festival, taking the photograph on his first album, producing Bill Staines concerts, and attending a recording session on an album. He is a great man and humanitarian! Peace to you, Justice for all and Love to ya' Tom!
I happen to run intoI happen to run into Annabella Wood here in Reading, PA at a Unity Church Service yesterday. Her music touched me a great deal and I purchased a her current CD and asked her for her card where I got her website and. consequently, this interview/performance. I am moved by her story, her singing and her song writing. Thanks for providing her the platform on which to meet many others of the mystery and quest for spiritual truths.
Great show. I've seen TomGreat show. I've seen Tom perform several times and have talked to him but this interview gives me a deeper understanding of his background and where some of his songs came from. Thanks
Appreciate that efforts likeAppreciate that efforts like this are being showcased to inspire the rest of us to make a difference. Thanks for your positive news reporting!
An inspiring program thatAn inspiring program that left me smiling, singing, crying, and full of hope. Tom's stories of his spiritual journey and how he uses music to promote peace and justice are affirming of the value of the creative spirit in such efforts. Plus it sounds like he has lots of fun! I also appreciated learning more about the songs, song-witers, and Tom's philosophy about performing music. Mark asked insightful questions, and Tom was eloquent in his responses. I'll listen again (and buy some of Tom's CDs) when I need a lift.
I purchased the CD of Father Moreno's radio interview in Eau Claire and played it in class at Carroll U. on Monday. It was wonderful!
