| Great show!Great show. I'm thinking about playing the show regularly on my community radio station. My only suggestion is finding a new theme song. It felt smaltzy and cheesing rather than dynamic, activist, and engaging. There are great religious songs. I would encourage you to seek them out and choose a better song--perhaps something like Sweet Honey in the Rock, but there are many other options. | Steve (not verified) | ||
| Marcus Borg interviewWhile I found Mr. Borg to be articulate and eloquent in his analysis of biblical elements, I missed the connections to everyday life (and the values I hold dear) that I have heard on other Spirit in Action programs. | Anonymous (not verified) | ||
| Refreshing and thoughtful perspectiveWhat a refreshing and thoughtful perspective on one person's struggle and success to define his sexuality and spirituality! Technical notes: Mark's introductory comments about the purpose of the show seemed a bit wooden. There was also a real difference in the clarity through the guest's microphone (very clear) and Mark's microphone (kind of fuzzy). I would enjoy future programs that illustrate how others have found spiritual guidance through issues that are often rigidly defined by religious dogma, e.g., Catholicism and contraception, the religious right and war, Buddhism and political activity. | Crispin Pierce (not verified) | ||

| I really enjoyed listeningI really enjoyed listening to David talk about his journey, hearing his music, including my song, "Comfort's Sigh"....Yes! This was a heartwarming show. Your two voices were very calming, serene. It is a blessing you have this show! Thank you for having David on because he is an insightful, and wondrous, light in this world. I am so glad to know him. And your sharing him with others is fantastic... Keep spreading the word of others on their faith journeys. I would love to do your show someday, if you'd ever like to have a Christian musician/mom/humanitarian who is enjoying her journey, enjoying the criss-cross of meeting others, and eager to talk about God, and all the aspects and unknown and joys and fears of living on a spirit based path. God bless you! Gratefully, Sara | Sara Hickman (not verified) | ||

| I thought the music andI thought the music and commentary blended so well to define the spirit and soul of Catherine. David and Catherine are my neighbors and I am so fortunate to be able to converse with them often. Catherine even helped me through the rough trials of setting up a computer and it was great to be able to hear this E-mail. | Colleen Lowery (not verified) | ||
