Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my music & my songs of the soul. Your skills as an interviewer & editor created a program that captured the truth of the power of music in my life.
It was an honor to share this conversation and my songs with Mark and all the listeners of Song of the Soul, thank you so much! Mark's interviews are pure artistry that weave connections, stories, joy and music together for all to hear. For anyone reading this after listening, please let us know by leaving a comment, we'd love to hear from you! May our paths cross again, JF
I grew up spending most of my summers at Woodland Altars. My dad led a group of youth that built the swinging bridge behind the Heritage Lodge. I also grew up listening to Andy and Terry’s albums on vinyl. They also recorded the theme song for National Youth Conference in 1990 “Treasures For the Road” at NYC with ~3500 NYCers. My youth group can be faintly heard on the album at the end of the recording going, “Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh...” My favorite fun song of theirs has always been “The Great Botetourt Bus-Truck Race”.
Thanks again for having me on your show. It was great to learn more about you and your family. Hopefully we will meet in the real world one day in the not too distant future.
Thank you for sharing her story and songs on your show. She is a beautiful soul and I am blessed to call her friend.

She has a great voice and I look forward to her Saturday Singalong every week!
Love this music and the Holistic Life Foundation. Yoga is for everybody, just like music.
