Perfect name - and a different historyMark Helpsmeet (really! That's his real name? Perfect!) is such a gentle and strong soul and interviewer (at least on air) and it is so great to hear about and from people from other parts of the country and the world. The interview yesterday with Sami Rasouli, who described a very different history of and situation in the middle east and parts of Africa was both enlightening and confirming (don't we all know that things there are not as they're presented in the corporate media?) | WXOJ-LP Listen… (not verified)

Interview with MarkMy interview with Mark was both fun and inspirational. He is quite adept at eliciting nuance, and has a fine ear for lyrical text, sub-text and con-text! I am extremely grateful for his invitation to interview me and to examine the West Wind CD. Kudos! | Randall (Randy… (not verified)

A fan in OregonYou present a very impressive program, sir, and you were very kind to Jennifer which is much appreciated. I'll be a dedicated listener from now on. The only DJ I've heard that was in your league was Dick Pleasants out of Boston. WGBH I think. He's been retired for some years and has contracted Parkinson's Disease. Just wondered if you've ever heard of him. But I digress. Again, thanks for taking a chance on us and keep up the fine work, and you've got a fan in Oregon. Peter Phippen interview I love Peter's music, so soothing, fragile and deeply touching. I agree on his philosophy that music is all around you, it is in the universe, and we only try to channel it by playing!.. Liesbet from The Netherlands | Liesbet Leroy (not verified)
| Beautiful Music and interviewRahbi Crawford is one of the most amazing and intelligent musical artists that I know. This interview was my introduction to Rahbi and her music and I am very thankful for this. | Peter Phippen (not verified) | ||
Living Music, Sacred Flute |
Great Interview...Have been listening to Peter Phippen's music for over 30 years. He is a gifted artist who has truly become a master of his craft. His knowledge of world flutes and their histories is unmatched. I believe that plays a part in what gives Peter the “permission” to bring the souls of each special flute to life. Phippen said in the interview... the music is already in the universe - and he is just a conduit. When I listen to his music words like mesmerizing, beautiful, soothing, mystic and spiritual come to mind. He is truly gifted. We can only wonder what amazing projects are yet to come. | Julie S (not verified)
